Il 12 maggio Eni ha acquistato 980.441 azioni proprie, al prezzo medio ponderato di 13,3065 euro per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di 13.046.238,17 euro nell’ambito dell’autorizzazione deliberata dall’Assemblea il 10 maggio 2023. Lo rende noto l’Eni in un comunicato.
A seguito degli acquisti effettuati il 12 maggio 2023, considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio e l’annullamento di 195.550.084 azioni proprie deliberato dall’Assemblea il 10 maggio 2023 e in corso di esecuzione, Eni detiene 31.528.191 azioni proprie pari allo 0,93% del capitale sociale post annullamento.
